Varalaxmi Sarathkumar Invites PM Modi, Nirmala Sitharaman To Her Wedding To Nicholai Sachdev
Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Nicholai Sachdev are busy visiting and inviting the A-listers of Indian cinema for their wedding on July 2 in Thailand.

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is all set to marry gallerist Nicholai Sachdev reportedly on July 2 in Thailand. Ahead of her wedding, the actress and her fiance met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in Delhi to invite them to the wedding. She has also shared a series of photos on her social media handle from her meeting with the political leaders.
Varalaxmi thanks PM Modi for being so warm and welcoming
Taking to her X handle, Varalaxmi shared a set of four photos and penned a sweet caption,m thanking PM Modi for the warm welcome. Decked up in a blue and green saree, Varalaxmi, along with her father R. Sarathkumar, stepmother Radhika Sarathkumar and her fiance Nicholai can be seen posing with PM Modi, handing him the invitation card. "What a privilege it was to have met Our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji and invited him to our reception..thank you for being so warm & welcoming.. spending so much of your valuable time with us despite your very busy schedule.. truly an honour sir..thank you daddy @realsarathkumar for making this happen..." read the post.
Varalaxmi also shared photos posing with Nirmala Sitharaman on her X handle. Sharing the photos, she expressed her happiness on meeting the Finance Minister. She revealed that it was an "absolute pleasure" and "delightful" to have conversed with Sitharaman on various subjects, especially art. "Thank you ma'am for your time we know how precious it is... so happy to have invited you for our reception," an excerpt from her note read.
What else do we know about the wedding?
Varalaxmi got engaged to Mumbai-based Nicholai Sachdev in March. The couple hasn't confirmed but if reports are to be believed then they will tie the knot on July 2 in a grand ceremony. She has also invited Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Kichcha Sudeep, Nayanthara-Vignesh Shivan, Ravi Teja, Gopichand Malineni, director Prasanth Varma, Bala, Thaman S and Siddharth, among others.
