Taylor Swift dresses as squirrel, Harry Styles goes gender fluid; See all quirky costumes

As Halloween 2021 celebrations started, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and other music stars upped their quirky quotient with interesting costumes.

celebrations of Halloween were hampered by COVID-19 pandemic last year in many parts of world. This year, celebrations seem to be on a grander scale with easing of restrictions. That was evident with many celebrities coming out in ir spooky and quirky outfits. 

Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes and Harry Styles were among stars who raised ir quirky quotient on Halloween. Right from a squirrel to Black Lagoon, re were interesting costumes on display.  Here's what pop stars were up to:

Taylor Swift and or music stars deck up for Halloween

Taylor Swift donned look of an orable squirrel for Halloween. Fifteen singer showcased different poses as her he emerged out of costume, which also h a tail.

Grammy winner quipped that she could not talk as she was busy with her 'hot squirrel' avatar. She also shared Halloween pumpkin emoji and used hashtags like 'Halloween 2021' and 'Halloween Taylor's Version.'

Ariana Grande turned herself into a sea monster, and called herself 'Miss Creature from Black Lagoon.' singer also unveiled a poster to mark her look, using words 'amazing', 'startling' and 'shocking.' She also introduced her husband Dalton Gomez as 'Handsome Scuba Man.' 

 Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello created an interesting skeleton-med setting for ir Halloween celebrations. former was dressed in a suit while latter donned a colourful one-shoulder dress, as star singer couple flaunted ir black make-up on ir faces. star singer couple also goofily grooved to a Mariachi song.

In caption, he used words 'Feliz día de los muertos, which is Spanish for 'Day of De.' 

Harry Styles based his look on character Dorothy from 1939 movie Wizard of Oz. He also did some facial make-up as he flaunted his blue and red look dress of a teenaged girl. singer termed it 'Harryween' as he posed at a setting involving hay and clouds.
