Bigg Boss premiered the first episode of its 13^th season on September 29, 2019. The fresh season of the television reality show is back with the ‘only celebrities and no commoner’ mantra on Colors TV. The Bigg Boss house will see a set of 13 contestants performing to win the final trophy. The contestants for this year include names like Rashami Desai, Shehnaz Gill and Arhaan Khan, among others. According to the rules of the show, different tasks will be given to these contestants on a regular basis which they are expected to fulfil. Every season of Bigg Boss comes with a dose of drama which attracts a huge amount of viewership every year. This reality show is hosted by Bollywood star Salman Khan, which is also one of the reasons why the audience looks forward to its episodes.

Bigg Boss contestant calls herself ‘Punjab Ki Katrina Kaif’

Shehnaaz Gill, one of the 13 contestants, has a unique way of introducing herself to the host of the show, Salman Khan. In her first on-screen conversation with Salman Khan, the North Indian actor referred to herself as ‘Punjab ki Katrina Kaif’. Shehnaaz Gill is a popular face in the Punjabi Film and Music Industry. She is renowned for films like Kala Shah Kala and Singh vs Kaur. The actor was very excited to appear on the reality show and took to Instagram to break the news. Upon entering the stage, the actor asked Salman Khan about her resemblance to his Bharat co-star Katrina Kaif to which Salman Khan seemed to have a positive response. The Punjabi actor also performed a dance number before entering the house.

Arguments in the Bigg Boss house

In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 13, Shehnaaz Gill was blamed by the rest of the contestants for the lack of ration as she was the one given the responsibility of the food department. The actor even broke into tears at one point. Contestants Paras Chhabra and Asim Riaz also got into an argument regarding the scarcity of food. The next episode will reportedly reveal details about BFFs Rashami Desai and Siddharth Shukla.
