Bigg Boss 13: What and whom can one expect in the latest season

Salman Khan is set to come back on your television screens with yet another season of the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss. The 13th season of the show is expected to be "rangeen" and "tadkedaar." The show is set to premiere on September 29, 2019. The previous season of the show was not rated as highly as the seasons before it. The newest installment of the show is set to see drastic changes.

What is in for us?

Colors TV released a spree of promotional videos featuring show host, Salman Khan. In the most recent one, Salman Khan is seen as a chef. He is cooking khichdi and indicates that the contestants will be spreading the "raita." He has also said that the new season will be fully "tedha." Colors TV released the promotional video on the official Instagram handle (@colorstv).

The promotional videos have also said that the finale episode of Bigg Boss 13 will commence in just four weeks. But the contestants participating in the show will continue the chase for the next two months. It is yet to be seen how this plot plays out on the screen. The new season is packed with "mad manoranjan" for the audience.

Whom to expect?

An unofficial list of contestants has been released by various online media portals. The list includes Balika Vadhu actor Siddharth Shukla, Devoleena Bhattacharjee of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya fame, and Shivin Narang from Veera. It is also speculated that actress Rashami Desai will be tying the knot with Arhaan Khan inside the house. More A-listers include Dalljiet Kaur, Vivian Dsena, Arti Singh, and Paras Chhabra.

Reports have suggested that Salman Khan has charged a bomb for each episode of the show. Although Salman will feature only in the weekend episodes, he will also be seen personally picking out contestants and eliminating them based on performances. Salman Khan will be appearing as a host for the hit reality show for the tenth consecutive time. He has been a television favourite for his stint on the show.

Since the last season of Bigg Boss featured a mix of both celebrities and commoners, it reportedly failed to create magic on screen. Every year, the Bigg Boss house was located at Lonavala, Maharashtra. It is speculated that the new location will be Film City, Mumbai.
