Bigg Boss 13: Zareen Khan rages at Shefali Bagga's body shaming remark

The Bigg Boss house is extremely competitive, and contestants often go to any extent to win any task. However, the conduct of one of the contestants, Shefali Bagga, during one such task recently did not go down well with Zareen Khan. The actor lashed out at Shefali for body-shaming Rashami Desai and making personal remarks on Arti Singh.

During one of the recent episodes, in the luxury budget task, the contestants were divided into two groups, doctors and patients. The doctors were supposed to treat the patients who are suffering from hearing problems and they had to treat the patients through their talk. Shefali Bagga and Shehnaz Gill turned doctors when Rashami Desai and Arti Singh were the patients. The duo is then seen screaming at the duo to unsettle them. They are seen mocking Arti Singh for her looks, while Shefali Bagga then asks Arti Singh about her relationship with co-contestant Siddharth Shukla. Later, Shefali Bagga body-shamed Rashami Desai during the task. 

Zareen furious 

After the episode Zareen lashed out on her Instagram stories, “Shame! It’s sad that being a woman, and an intelligent one at that, I suppose, considering she’s a journalist, this is what she is towards other women.” 

“She not only body-shamed Rashami Desai, but also did not hesitate to bring up Arti Singh’s personal life.”

Incidentally, Zareen too was a victim of body-shaming recently and that time, Anushka Sharma had stood up for her. 

Zareen had shared a snap from Udaipur, after which netizens had trolled her for her stretch marks. 

She had then hit back at the criticism, "Don't let them get you down, making you feel guilty about. Golden rain will bring you riches. All the good things you deserve and now.”

Anushka had then shared a post for her, "Zareen, you are beautiful and brave and strong and perfect just the way you are. #appreciationpost #lookbeyondbody." 

Meanwhile, Zareen Khan is extremely close to the host of Bigg Boss, Salman Khan. She had made her debut with him in Veer, directed by Anil Sharma, in 2010. Later, Zareen had also starred in the song Character Dheela Hai from the movie Ready alongside Salman. They, however, have not starred together since then. 

Salman reportedly did not bring up this topic when he featured in the Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
