According to PTI reports, Rajat was charged with reckless driving in September after allegedly hitting a motorcyclist. In a viral video, he didn’t stop after the incident and continued driving, remarking, "Roz ka yahi kaam hai, ma’am."

During an interview at the Entertainers Cricket League (ECL), Rajat Dalal caused a stir by leaving cricket legend MS Dhoni off his list of players he wanted for his team, the Haryanvi Hunters.

Rajat also faced controversy with YouTuber Carryminati, who mocked his views on Sigma males in a roast video. Rajat demanded the video be edited or taken down, leading Carryminati to apologise on Instagram and remove Rajat’s segment, stating that it was intended as a joke, not to offend.

In another incident, Rajat was arrested in June on charges of kidnapping, assault, abduction, and humiliating an 18-year-old boy. As he enters the Bigg Boss 18 house, his past is resurfacing.
