During a recent media interaction, Ramanand Sagar's son Prem Sagar revealed that it was Dara Singh who took too longest to get ready among the Ramayan cast

During lockdown, Ramayan became most-watched show on Indian television. cast of Ramayan got toger after more than 30 years, and virtually dressed media recently. In conversation, Ramanand Sagar’s son Prem Sagar, Dipika Chikhlia who played Sita and Sunil Lahri who played Laxman were present.
During interaction, Prem Sagar dressed media and spoke about good times y h during making of show. He reminisced how his late far Ramanand Sagar worked, and how actors and crew were patient throughout time y were shooting. Prem Sagar said Ramayan cast took really long to get rey especially character of Hanuman.

Prem Sagar spoke about several aspects of show and also shared some anecdotes. Prem Sagar said, " cast would take a long time to get rey, and it was one of challenges we faced. Especially Dara Singh, who played character of Hanuman, took as long as 3-4 hours to get rey," he said.
Elaborating on same, he said, " cast and crew we h was a really patient one, so it did t matter how long a character took to get rey, everyone waited patiently until whole cast was rey and began shooting."
