Jim Parsons opens up about the ending of 'The Big Bang Theory'
The popular American sitcom 'The Big Bang Theory', which made history as TV's longest-running show,ended last month. Actor Jim Parsons just stepped away from a 12 year commitment but seems like it was simply time for him to move on from his character of Sheldon Cooper.

" I played most out of that character, and some people could have done it longer probably. I don't mean our show, but (re's) this relationship with character," Parsons said in an interview with a media publication.
"But i feel like we really wrung that material for what it was," he ded.

12 years is a really long time to do any job, but particularly play same character in entertainment industry can be exhausting after a point of time.

" matter how successful you are even if you're a huge success in movies, you don't get to check into same parking for 12 years. This is t how someone in a creative profession rmally gets too behave. Most human beings crave that structure, so I can see how it causes some hurricanes in heart," he said.
w that show is over, Parsons and his husband Todd Spiewak have moved from Los Angeles to New York.

Parsons is soon going to reprise his role in Broway's ' Boys in Band' in a Netflix aptation of show, produced by Ryan Murphy.
' Boys in Band' is about a group of homosexual men coming toger for a birthday party and was groundbreaking when it me it's debut in 1968 for it's portrayal of gay life.

46-year-old actor started in 50th-anniversary revival in 2018.
He came out publicly in 2012 after meeting Spielwak, five years into ' Big Bang ory.' He said pride pares h previously"frightened" him, but accepting his sexuality changed that.
Earlier this year, Parsons talked to Hollywood Reporter about leaving show and said re was major reason in his decision to quit.
"It was first time in my life if doing this show that it occurred to me that I might want to t do ar contract after 12 was up," Parsons said.
"I don't kw if it's because I'm an Aries or just because maybe I'm in touch with myself. whatever it is, once I h that thought, I was like, well, that's your answer", he ded.
final episode of show aired on May 16 and found Sheldon and Amy (Mayim Bialik) finally winning a vel Prize.

It has earned 52 Emmy minations and 10 wins during it's run.
