Kapil Sharma’s hit comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show, is back on the television screens after hitting a rough patch. The show was previously called Comedy Nights With Kapil. The host of the popular show, Kapil Sharma, had taken a break from the show after an alleged altercation with Sunil Grover, followed by the dripping TRP ratings.

A regular on the comedy show, Chandan Prabhakar, and Kapil Sharma have been together since their struggling days. Chandan has been on the show since the start. Popularly known as Chandu on the show, he plays the role of a tea vendor. The duo shares a friendly bond on and off-screen as well. He had disappeared from the show for a few episodes but is now back on the show.
