In the 48th episode of KBC 11, Amitabh Bachchan rolled out the fastest finger first question and Kumar Ranjan from Kharagpur took the hot seat. Hailing from Bihar, Kumar currently lives in West Bengal. He works as a Crane Operator in Indian Railways and is a father to a six-month-old toddler. Kumar Ranjan shared his funny anecdotes about his family and job, which made Big B laugh out loud. He played the first two questions very calmly. In between the silent game, Amitabh punned a funny dialogue and told him that he needed to speak up and talk before locking a particular answer. Kumar took some time to answer the third question, which was about Ayushmann Khurrana. But in the end, he gave the correct answer. Further, for the fourth question, Kumar opted for a life-line. As soon as Amitabh announced the 6th question, the bell rang.
