Manjinder Singh Sirsa: Remove 'Sacred Games 2' scene, it insults Sikhs
'Sacred Games 2' has landed into controversy as Manjinder Singh Sirsa has demanded a major scene be taken off as it is an insult to the Sikh community

Majinder Singh Sirsa in a strong-worded Twitter post slammed Netflix and Anurag Kashyap for a scene in 'Sacred Games 2'. In the scene, actor Saif Ali Khan (Sartaj) can be seen throwing away his 'kada', which is a religious symbol for Sikhs.
The Delhi MLA demanded that the scene in context is removed immediately, and has also threatened the makers with a legal suit if it was not taken off-air immediately. He also went on to state that the 'Kada', is a pride of the Sikhs and a blessing of Guru Sahib.

Taking to Twitter, Manjinder Singh Sirsa said, "I wonder why Bollywood continues to disrespect our religious symbols! Anurag Kashyap deliberately puts this scene in Sacred Games S2 where Saif Ali Khan throws his Kada in sea! A KADA is not an ordinary ornament. It's the pride of Sikhs & a blessing of Guru Sahib."
For the uninitiated, Manjinder Singh Sirsa had raised objections to the first season of 'Sacred Games' as well.

The much-anticipated series released on August 15, and with many fans waiting with bated breath for the sequel the excitement was through the roof. MANJINDER SINGH SIRSA'S PRIOR CONTROVERSY:
Prior to this, Shiromani Akali Dal's Sirsa had filed an FIR with the Mumbai Police regarding Karan Johar's party video. In the video, celebrities in the likes of Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Ayan Mukerji and many others were seen having a swell time, however Manjinder Singh Sirsa alleged that the celebs in question were all intoxicated and demanded action be taken against him.

Responding to Manjinder Singh Sirsa's demand, the Mumbai Police, however, asked the MLA for 'concrete' evidence before probing into allegations of drug abuse.
