Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is an American movie franchise and shared universe based on a series of Marvel Studios’ independently produced superhero films based on characters that appear in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Also included in MCU are short films, TV series and digital series. shared universe was established by crossing common plot elements, settings, cast, and characters, much like original Marvel Universe in comic books.

Back in 2008, Iron Man kick-started MCU. film garnered over 500 million dollars at global box office. Independent superhero adventures like that of Captain America, Thor and Iron Man formed team-up film Avengers along with upcoming Black Widow and Hawk-Eye in 2012.

Lastly comes Avengers: Endgame, 22nd film of Marvel Cinematic Universe. film is produced by Marvel Studios. film is a continuation of Avengers: Infinity War (2018). According to reports, Avengers: Endgame is fastest film to reach a box office collection of $500 million worldwide in just 3 days. film was re-released, and ended overtaking Avatar as a highest-grossing film ever.
