As an orphan, he took on responsibilities that were far too heavy for someone his age. Although he completed only the 8th grade, Suraj remained determined to chase his dreams.

How did Suraj Chavan become popular?

To support his family, Suraj started working as a labourer in the fields while making digital videos in his free time. He first gained recognition through the popular app TikTok, where his humour attracted a large following. His catchphrases, "Goligath" and "Bukkit Tengul," quickly became popular, boosting his fame. However, when TikTok was banned in India in 2020, Suraj again faced the challenge of maintaining his online presence.
