Milind Soman and Ankita Konwar are exploring peaks of Darjeeling and are en-route Sandakphu,  highest peak in state of West Bengal, India. It is highest point of Singalila Ridge in Darjeeling district on West Bengal-Nepal border. Before reaching Sandakphu, couple stopped at Kala Pokhri and will be camping night.

couple took to ir Instagram handle and shared pictures from Kala Pokhri (at around 10,000 ft.), a small Himalayan vill inside Singalila National Park in Darjeeling subdivision. "On route to Sandakphu and Phalut, so happy to be back in mountains again, love, love, love !!! Todays stop Kala Pokhri 10,000 ft," Soman wrote.

Milind Soman runs first 21 Km Marathon post lockdown in Darjeeling

Actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman who leaves stone unturned to leave Internet smitten with his contagious workout energy shared a post on social media from his recent marathon. actor along with his mor Usha Soman and wife Ankita Konwar jetted off to Darjeeling to participate in Darjeeling Police Marathon which marked his first 21 km run after lockdown in February.

Along with pictures, Ankita penned a te while expressing her enthusiasm and excitement of participating in a lovely marathon after a long gap.

She wrote, “What an extraordinary Sunday !!!! My first race after Mumbai Marathon this year (although quite a few were planned for this year) due to “you kw what” So so grateful to be able to participate and be face of Darjeeling Hill Marathon organized by police! What a crazy hilly route !! re’s a reason she’s ‘queen of hills’.My lungs definitely passed a test today climbing urd from 4km mark to 14km mark and n again from 19km mark to 21km! At an aver altitude of some 6700ft. It took me 2:22 hours to finish!!”
