Nitish Bharadwaj questions Mukesh Khanna for his statement regarding Sonakshi Sinha

With rerun of two of most-iconic mythological shows of Indian television, Ramayan and Mahabharat, lead actors of both shows are happy that young generation will get to learn more about history and mythology. Shaktimaan actor Mukesh Khanna, in an interview with a media portal, had stated that reruns of Ramayan and Mahabharat will help people like Sonakshi Sinha, who kw thing about India's mythology. However, Nitish Bharadwaj, kwn for playing role of Lord Krishna in Mahabharat slammed Khanna for his statement and backed Sinha.

t so long ago, Sonakshi Sinha received a lot of backlash on social media after she failed to answer a question regarding Ramayan, on Amitabh Bachchan's highly-watched television show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. Mukesh Khanna, who also starred in Mahabharat, criticized Sinha for t having basic kwledge about India's herit and literature. However, Nitish Bharadwaj does t feel likewise about Khanna's view of Sonakshi Sinha.

Bharadwaj, in an interview with a media portal, stated that he feels it is t new generation's fault if y do t kw much about Indian herit and literature. He feels that somewhere down line, it is previous generation's fault who failed to introduce ir children with country's herit. He also added that educational system imposed by Britishers is also to be blamed for same, as it left room for cultural and value-based education in curriculum.

Nitish Bharadwaj also backed Sonakshi Sinha as he stated that it is unfair to target Sinha alone, as re is always a better way to convey same mess. He also feels that a soft, balanced and empatic way is often well-received. Mahabharat actor concluded his statement by saying that "seniors seem worthy of respect if y walk path of empathy."
