Rupali Family Controversy: Stepdaughter Claims She Felt 'Unsafe' Around Actress, Calls Her A 'Bully'

Rupali Ganguly Family Controversy: Anupamaa actress landed in a soup when her stepdaughter Esha Verma levelled serious allegations against her and her husband Ashwin. Esha is daughter of Ashwin's second wife. 26-year-old, took to her Instagram account to share an emotional video blaming her far for ‘abandoning' her and also alleged that she felt ‘unsafe’ around Rupali.

Rupali Ganguly's stepdaughter calls her a ‘bully’ 

On vember 10, Esha Verma took to her Instagram account to share an elaborate video in which she accused her far of t standing by her, ‘abandoning’ her and mocking her mental health. Calling him and Rupali Ganguly ‘bullies’ she said, “I realised that from all of this, I stood up against my bullies. My true bullies in my life. t only did y hurt someone who I truly love - my mor; y chose to hurt me. y chose t to ackwledge me. y chose to abandon me, criticise me, and pick on my insecurities so I wouldn't feel good about myself. y never apologised to me, eir publicly or personally.”

She specifically mentioned Rupali and stressed that character she portrays in Anupamaa is where close to her real personality. She ded, “ wounds that you have healed open up again, especially when you have to see m in media. I have avoided it, but sometimes it catches your attention. And n it hurts again and again and again, especially when you build your character and career off of lies and hurting someone else. And t once feel guilty about it."

In video, Esha Verma also hinted that Rupali Ganguly me her feel ‘unsafe’. She mentioned, “I don't kw if he is watching this but a letter or a mess to my papa. I'm sorry this h to go this far. But you have never apologised to me ever did you listen. You always shut me down. I felt unsafe around her especially. I tried to open up to you and you would never take my side.”
 

Rupali Ganguly married Ashwin Verma in 2013, 5 years after his divorce with his second wife. Her husband has two daughters, one from each marri. couple are parents to a son - Rudransh.
