The couple's union was a two-day celebration. The actor's close friend Karanvir Bohra, took a break from the shooting schedule of Saubhgyavati Bhava and joined the festivities.

In one of the videos, the groom expressed his happiness that Karanvir hadn't missed the crucial "Phere" ceremony.

The wedding festivities were filled with vibrant rituals and traditions. The couple engaged in a playful exchange, with each attempting to shy away as the other tried to place the garland around their neck.

After the wedding formalities were complete, the couple, along with their family and friends, came together to dance the night away. Karanvir was an integral part of the celebration, dancing with gusto alongside the groom and his family. During the festivities, Karanvir had the opportunity to meet Shivam Sharma's Nani and praised her for her wonderful relationship with her grandkids.

Shivam Sharma and Samaira Thakur had a roka ceremony on June 26 in Delhi this year. The couple started seeing each other earlier this year after their first interaction on Holi. The pre-wedding festivities began on November 3. The couple will exchange rings and have a cocktail party on November 6. The pheras will take place on November 7.

“I really wanted a daytime wedding. I loved how Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's pictures came out from the wedding, so it was an obvious choice to go ahead with a daytime wedding. Picture acche aane chahiye,” he said.
