Devara Box Office Collection Day 6: Jr NTR-Saif Ali Khan Film Enters ₹200 Cr Club On Gandhi Jayanti

Devara Box Office Day 6: The Telugu language movie hit the big screens on September 27 and is headlined by Jr NTR, who plays a double role. The film also features Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in their Telugu debut. In just six days of theatrical run, the film has surpassed Rs 200 crore at the box office.

Devara crosses Rs 200 crore on Gandhi Jayanti 

Devara opened to a staggering Rs 82.5 crore, as per Sacnilk. The film released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada and registered a positive growth in business on the weekend. On the first Saturday of release, the film raked in Rs 38.2 crore, followed by Rs 39.9 core on Sunday.

However, on the subsequent weekday, Devara could not bring audiences to the theatres. It registered a dip in collections on Monday and raked in only Rs 12.75 crore. But the figures improved on Tuesday, with an early estimate of Rs 13.50 crore, as per Sacnilk. On October 2, owing to the Gandhi Jayanti holiday, the Jr NTR starrer raked in ₹ 20.50 Cr as per early estimates provided by Sacnilk. The film has now amassed a total of ₹ 207.85 Cr at the domestic box office in just 6 days. This makes it Janhiv Kapoor's career first Rs 200 crore grosser.

Jr NTR’s Devara: Part 1 was released on September 27, 2024 and it is receiving a thumbs-up reaction from the cinema-lovers. The film features Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor , Saif Ali Khan, Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain and Murali Sharma in crucial roles.

The film is helmed by Acharya fame director Koratala Siva and bankrolled by Kosaraju Harikrishna and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. The action-thriller film is released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
