Jr NTR Meets Dulquer Salmaan Ahead Of Devara Release, Hints At 'Start Of Something Special'

Jr NTR, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie Devara: Part 1, recently met with Dulquer Salmaan. The makers have shared a photo from the meeting on the movie's official social media page, hinting that the two actors are preparing for "something special".

What are Jr NTR and Dulquer Salmaan planning?

On Saturday, the official X page of Devara shared a photo of Jr NTR and Dulquer striking a pose together. the caption reads, "The start of something special ahead on September 27th!” It is unclear if Dulquer will be leading Devara distribution in Kerala or if they are planning to collaborate on a new project.

Devara: Part 1 gets special screening allowance

Devara has been granted special screening on the release on September 27. Moreover, the state government specified that on the opening day, the action-thriller drama will have 6 shows across the state. Additionally, from September 28, the movie will have 5 shows in the theatres for a span of 9 days. The state government has also accepted the request to hike the rates of movie tickets.

After being granted permission, Jr NTR took to his X handle and penned a gratitude note thanking Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan. He wrote, "My heartfelt gratitude to the Honourable CM, Sri Chandrababu Naidu garu, and Honourable Deputy CM, Sri Pawan Kalyan garu of the Andhra Pradesh government for passing the new G.O. for the Devara release and for your continued support of Telugu cinema.”

What else do we know about Devara?

It is a two-part film that features Jr NTR in a dual role, playing both father and son. Apart from Jr NTR, the movie also stars Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles. It will hit the theatres on September 27.
