Kalki 2898 AD BO: Prabhas Starrer Becomes Highest South Indian Grosser In North America In 10 Days

Kalki 2898 AD is unstoppable at the box office even on the second day. The movie has maintained its pace and more than domestic, it is enjoying its run overseas. Prabhas and Deepika Padukone are inching close to the Rs 1000 crore mark at the global box office, while the Rs 500 crore mark at the domestic box office.

Helmed by Nag Ashwin, the sci-fi thriller has become the all-time highest South Indian grosser in North America. The movie has minted over $15.5 million in just North America. On the 10th day, the movie reportedly minted Rs 45 crore gross worldwide, taking the total to over Rs 800 crore. The movie is racing towards the Rs 1000 crore club and is expected to reach it by the end of the second weekend.

On the 10th day, the movie witnessed a 100 per cent increase in the Hindi version while a 106 per cent increase in its total daily collections. In total, the movie has earned Rs 34.45 crore at the domestic box office with Rs 18.5 crore in Hindi, as per IANS. In India, the film, which stars cinema titans like Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone, is racing towards Rs 500 crore. It is expected that by the end of the second weekend, it will be able to enter Rs 500 crore club.
