Lucky Bhaskhar Vs KA Box Office Collection Day 3: Kiran Abbavaram Fails To Deter Dulquer Storm

Lucky Bhaskhar Vs KA Box Office: Both the Telugu releases hit the big screens on October 31, coinciding with the Diwali holiday. Lucky Bhaskhar is headlined by Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role and is a period thriller. KA, on the other hand, features, Kiran Abbavaram and is touted as a ‘spiritual thriller'. Both actors have been recovering from a string of flops with their previous releases failing to leave a mark on the audience.

Dulquer Salmaan's Lucky Bhaskhar outperforms KA 

Dulquer Salmaan has bounced back after the debacle of King of Kotha and a 14-month hiatus. Helmed by Venky Atluri, the period financial crime thriller, Lucky Bhaskhar has outperformed KA. However, despite the festive release, the movie hasn't been able to score big at the box office.

Lucky Bhaskhar hit the big screens on October 31 and minted ₹6.6 crores at the box office in India and an additional ₹90 lakh collection on Wednesday from preview shows. On Day 2, as per Sacnilk, Lucky Bhaskhar minted ₹ 6.25 Cr, followed by ₹ 7.50 Cr on Day 3. The film has now amassed a total of ₹ 21.40 Cr. The coming days, until the release of Suriya's Kanguva, remain crucial to assess the film's lifetime collection.

KA registers growth at the box office on day 3 

Kiran Abbavaram's last release Rules Ranjann (2023) earned a dismal ₹30 Lakhs in a lifetime collection. The actor had pinned all his hopes on KA and even claimed that he would ‘quit’ acting in case the film did not work. As per Sacnilk, the movie has minted ₹ 3.5 Cr on day 1. It had also raked in ₹ 0.3 Cr collected in previews. On day 2 of release, KA earned a dismal ₹ 0.7 Cr. However, it bounced back on the third day with ₹ 3.75 Cr, as per Sacnilk.

The movie's collection now stands at a total of ₹ 10.55 Cr. Apart from each other, KA and Lucky Bhaskhar also face competition from other regional releases like Amaran and Bagheera.
