Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala's wedding preparations are seemingly in full swing as the couple was snapped shopping, a few days ago. In the latest development, the wedding invite has been handed out to the guests and has also been made to social media. Yes, the invite has been leaked and the card confirms that the wedding is in the first week of December.

As the wedding is around the corner, Chaitanya and Sobhita's fans have been eagerly waiting for an update. To their delight, two images of wedding invites leaked on the internet offering a glimpse of how the couple is honouring their roots.  The first photo is of a wedding card which has a date printed "December 4". The card is made in a pastel colour palette, featuring a blend of modernity. The borders of the card have hanging temple bells, lamps and a temple in the background, hinting that the couple will get married in Hyderabad. The card also featured banana leaves and a white cow.

The card reads, "We are delighted to annonce the wedding of Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya. Your good wishes and blessings are much appreciated on this special occasion."

What does the wedding invite basket contain?

The wedding card came in a seemingly bamboo basket which had an Ikat-printed cloth, a jasmine gajra and other tokens. For those who don't know, Ikat is a dyeing technique from Southeast Asia used to pattern textiles that employs resist dyeing on the yarns prior to dyeing and weaving the fabric.

The presence of Ikat in their wedding gift speaks volumes about the couple's commitment to honour their South Indian roots.

The couple is planning an intimate wedding reportedly in Hyderabad. It will be attended by their families, close relatives and superstars of Indian cinema. The guests expected to attend include the Daggubati family, Chiranjeevi's mega family and Mahesh Babu 's family. From Hindi cinema, Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan have reportedly been invited.
