NTR31: Jr NTR, Prashanth Neel's Film Goes On The Floors With Pooja Ceremony

Jr NTR is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated movie Devara: Part 1, co-starring Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. Amid this, he has finally commenced with the shooting of their first movie, tentatively titled as JrNTR31, helmed by KGF and Salaar director Prashanth Neel. The makers have shared the photos from the muhurat puja.

Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel to collaborate for the first time

The official X handle of Mythri Movie Makers, a production house, shared the photos from the puja ceremony in Hyderabad. It was attended by Jr NTR and Prashanth's family and producers of Mythri Movie Makers. Along with the photos, they announced the release date, which is January 9, 2026.

For the ceremony, Jr NTR wore a black shirt paired with jeans while Prashanth Neel wore a lavender shirt paired with black pants. In one of the photos, Jr NTR can be seen with the clapboard.

The movie will be bankrolled by Produced by  Mythri Movie Makers and N. T. R. Arts. More details regarding the project, including the leading lady, have been kept under wraps.

Jr NTR busy with the promotions of Devara: Part 1

The actor is busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie. Helmed by Koratala Siva, the action drama marks the Telugu debut of Janhvi. To keep the audience hooked, makers have dropped two songs - Fear Song and Dheere Dheere. The technical crew of the film includes music composer Anirudh Ravichander, cinematographer R. Rathnavelu and editor A. Sreekar Prasad. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on September 27.
