Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran led Salaar 2 to go on floors on THIS date?

Prabhas is currently in runup to one of biggest releases of his career, Salaar: Part One - Ceasefire. actor has alrey seen through release of Om Raut's mythological magnum opus, ipurush in which he essayed titular role of Raghava, inspired by Lord Rama. With Salaar's atrical release just a few days away, reports of film's second part going on floors have alrey been doing rounds of internet.

Salaar 2 to go on floors in 2025?

From looks of it, wait for Salaar 2 will be a long one. As per a 123Telugu report, makers of film have alrey locked in dates for when second installment of this much-awaited franchise will be going on floors. date for same has been set in latter half of 2025 which comfortably pushes actual release of film till at least 2026 if not furr ahe.

Considering scale on which Salaar franchise is being mounted, even first installment of film led by director Prashanth Neel has h its fair share of delays. film was initially slated for a release on September 28, something that stood indefinitely delayed owing to some scenes needing to be reshot. film however, is now gearing up for a sure shot release on December 22 when it will clash with Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki.

Prabhas has a hefty lineup of films ahe of him

Post release of Salaar: Part One - Ceasefire, Prabhas will be counting down to release of Nag Ashwin helmed Kalki 2898 which will see him share screen space with likes of Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Pukone.

He is also scheduled to split his time between filming for Maruthi's Raja Deluxe and Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit, latter of which he will begin filming for in September 2024.
