Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD has minted Rs 555 crore at the global box office in just four days whereas Jawan fell short with a few numbers.

Kalki 2898 AD, starring Prabhas, has left its mark at the global box office in just four days. The movie which is mounted on a whopping budget of Rs 600 crore has already surpassed Rs 500 crore in the opening weekend at the worldwide box office. Helmed by Nag Ashwin, the movie also stars Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani in the lead roles.
Kalki 2898 AD beats Jawan at the global box office at the opening weekend
Deepika Padukone has beaten her own 2023 movie, Jawan. In the movie, the actress had a cameo role in which she played the role of Shah Rukh Khan's wife. Kalki 2898 AD has minted Rs 555 crore at the global box office in just four days. Whereas Jawan minted Rs 520.79 crore (gross) in the opening weekend worldwide.
The sci-fi thriller turned out to be a Tsunami in the key international markets. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh has listed down the overseas numbers, "#USA + #Canada: $ 11 million+ [₹ 91.81 cr]. Kalki 2898 AD box office collection day 4 (Hindi)
The movie saw a major jump in the (Hindi) daily collection on Sunday. The movie minted ₹40 crore at the domestic box office, according to trade analyst Taran Adarsh. The Hindi version has earned the maximum in all regional languages. Adding the fourth-day collection, the total now stands at ₹112.15 crore in India. Whereas in all the regional languages, the movie has earned over ₹300 crore in India. In Telugu, Kalki 2898 AD earned ₹36.8 crore, Tamil - ₹5.5 crore, Kannada - ₹0.7 crore and Malayalam - ₹3 crore.
