Ravi Teja Health Update: The Eagle actor sustained major injuries while shooting for his upcoming movie RT75. He was rushed to the hospital on August 23 and underwent surgeries. A day later the actor has assured his fans that he is keeping well and has been discharged from the hospital.

On August 24, a day after being rushed to the hospital, Ravi Teja took to his social media account to share a health update. The actor informed his fans that he had been given a discharge from the hospital after undergoing surgery. He also expressed gratitude for their support and good wishes.

The actor wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “Successfully discharged after a smooth surgery and feeling fine. Grateful for all your warm blessings and support." He added that he would resume work soon contrary to reports that he would be on a six-eight bed rest. The actor concluded the note by writing, “Excited to be back on set soon”.

Ravi Teja suffers muscle tear on the set of RT75

On August 23, Ravi Teja reportedly tore a muscle in his right hand but continued working despite the pain, which made it worse for his injury. A representative of the actor shared on social media, that Mass Maharaja #Raviteja recently sustained a muscle tear in his right hand during the filming of #RT75. Despite the injury, he continued to shoot, which unfortunately led to further aggravation.”

The statement further read, “Yesterday, He underwent a successful surgery at Yashoda Hospitals and as per medical advice, he has been prescribed six weeks of bed rest to ensure a complete recovery.”
