In an attempt to spread coronavirus awareness and urge people to stay indoors amid pandemic, Tamil Nadu Police department took inspiration from famous dancing Ghana pallbearers. While ‘dancing coffin’ meme has taken internet by storm, cops in Cuddalore district imitated moves to show how breaking lockdown rules could turn fatal. video of Tamil Nadu Police performing similar moves to that of Ghana ‘coffin dancers’ is w being shared on several social media platforms. 

In video, one can see a young man riding a bike and n suddenly stopping in his tracks. man n contemplates consequences of stepping out and imagines a corps place in front of a bunch of policemen, who n pick up body and proceed to dance just like coffin bears in Ghana. bike rider n gets petrified and decides against travelling furr and turns around to go back home.

At end of video, a mess also flashes which reads, “people stepping out of ir homes during lockdown could meet with a similar fate”.

From Indian cops to police departments in Brazil, videos of officers imitating w-viral meme has become an internet sensation.
