Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s latest horror film, Adbhut premiered on Sony Max on 15 September 2024. The film explores themes of supernatural power and features the Haddi actor alongside Diana Penty and Shreya Dhanwanthary. Amidst his hectic promotion schedule, Nawazuddin Siddiqui made surprising revelations about Stree 2 actress Shraddha Kapoor and Kalki 2898 AD starrer Deepika Padukone .

In an interview with Filmygyan, Nawazuddin was asked to suggest hashtags for various Bollywood celebrities. When asked about Shraddha Kapoor, he said, "I don’t know anything about Shraddha."

Later, when asked about new mom Deepika Padukone, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor said, "Maine koi kaam dekha nai hai (I’ve not seen any of her work) I don’t know."

Nawazuddin Siddiqui praised Avneet Kaur and Kangana Ranaut

The Gangs of Wasseypur actor praised his Tiku Weds Sheru co-star, Avneet Kaur, describing her as a very impressive and self-reliant actress. He stated, "Bahut kamaal hai aur self-dependent hai aur actor to bahut achi hai (Very nice and self-dependent. She is, of course, a brilliant actor)."

Nawazuddin also lauded her Tiku Weds Sheru producer Kangana Ranaut and said, "Kangana ke saat jitna meine kaam kiya hai, woh set par amazing hai. Be it as an actor or as a director. She is a talented actor." 

These statements have sparked controversy and led to questions about his relationships with other celebrities.

Adbhut is made by Sony Pictures International Productions and Sabbir Khan Films. This film continues the partnership between Nawazuddin and Sabbir Khan, who had previously collaborated on 'Munna Michael'.
