Ripper release date 2020 falls on December 16.  Ripper release time is same as or Netflix movie or show releases, i.e. 12 am PT. Subscribers of Netflix in Mexico can tune in to Netflix at 2 AM on Wednesday to watch  Ripper miniseries on Netflix. Indian subscribers can stream show from 1.30 PM on Wednesday. As per Eastern Time,  Ripper would be available to watch at 3 AM on December 16, 2020. British audience can stream series from 8 AM. Netflix trailer describes plot of series quoting "For five years, between 1975 to 1980, Yorkshire Ripper murders cast a dark show over lives of women in rth of England. 13 women were de and police seemed incapable of catching killer."

Ripper series is based on a true-crime incident that occurred in West Yorkshire and Manchester. killings occurred between 1975 and 1980 and culprit was a man named Peter William Sutcliffe. man was convicted of killing 13 women and attempting to murder 7 ors during this time. He was kwn as Yorkshire Ripper as an allusion to "Jack Ripper". Netflix series is told through a series of interviews with investigators, journalists, and survivors. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, however, he recently passed away on 13 vember 2020 at of 74. manhunt of Sutcliffe was one of most expensive manhunts in British history and West Yorkshire police were heavily criticised due to ir failure to catch Sutcliffe even though y h interviewed him 9 times in 5-year course of ir investigation.
