BTS' youngest member, Jungkook is known for his love for tattoos as has grown comfortable showing them off over the years. However, this wasn't always the case.

South Korean boyband BTS, consisting of singers Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, has managed to take over world with every single one of ir song releases over years. From ir home country to US Billboard charts, singers have emerged as path-breaking artists in K-pop for last eight years since ir debut in 2013 under Big Hit Entertainment. Fans of band, called ARMY, have witnessed growth in boys, personally and professionally over years and commended ir talents, while constantly extending ir support to band. 

One member, in particular, Jungkook was merely 15-years-old when he took stage with six of his older bandmates to fulfil his dream. However, working towards his dream came with its own setbacks as young singer h to deal with media scrutiny in conservative environment which is known for its strict rules and taboos. When Jungkook hid his tattoos from fans 

Ardent fans of seven-member band compiled videos and pictures of BTS' previous interviews and concerts where young singer has expressed his love for getting inked on numerous occasions. BTS' Jungkook is not only artist who attempted to conceal ir love for ink as many K-pop idols are seldom seen showcasing ir tattoos in public.

From energetic performance on LIVE stage to having impeccable conduct in public, K-pop idols are scrutinised for ir every move and are expected to have high moral standards. Although having tattoos is not illegal in South Korea, y are not necessarily flaunted in public by K-pop idols. As art of tattoo is considered a medical service in country, many tattoo artists operate in small illegal shops to avoid splurging on medical degrees. Moreover, tattoos are often associated with gang violence and are considered unsuitable for K-pop idols.

Jungkook flaunts his tattoos

Over year, 24-year-old singer has been able to freely express his love for ink as he is seen sporting short sleeves that put his sleeve tattoos on full display. He has ARMY written across his knuckles along with a 'J' inked above 'M' on his finger. ditionally, he has inked his entire hand with meaningful designs. young singer also got multiple lips and eye piercings. 

Fans of Golden Maknae have come to love and support young singer's choices and have often swooned over his confidence on stage with m. One fan tweeted, ''i remember jungkook hiding away his beautiful tattoos so happy he doesn’t have to worry about hiding m now :( (sic)''.
