Social media is full of pictures and ims of animals that netizens visit to distract mselves from usual toxicity that flows on internet, Recently, wildlife photographer Sagar Damle shared amazing ims of a tiger, which he reportedly captured in Bandipur National Park in Karnataka. Sagar shared two ims of a tiger, one a long-shot, where beast, if seen carefully, can be seen sitting under shade of wild bushes, ar a close-up, where animal can be seen giving an intense look at camera.

Tigers at risk

Tiger, which is largest in cat species, has been classified as vulnerable by International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). According to reports, currently, re are 3,000 to 4,000 adult individuals that are living across world, with India alone hosting largest population of m all, nearly 75 percent of global tiger population. Tiger faces risk of poaching, habitat destruction, human-wildlife conflict among or things.
