While MHA has relaxed movement of stranded migrants, students and emergency cases amid lockdown 3.0, a Jammu & Kashmir-based news portal recently reported that J&K students stranded in Delhi due to lockdown were asked by ir college administration to arrange ir own means of transport back home. portal reported that students were asked by ir college to vacate premises and arrange buses back to J&K amid extended lockdown.

Moreover, administration and University had t directed students to arrange for ir own buses back to Union territory.
