Let's take a look at five of India's Olympic heroes who came close to making history at Olympics but narrowly missed out on a medal.
1/5: Dipa Karmakar, the only Indian gymnast to qualify for the Olympics, performed exquisitely in Rio 2016 but missed out on podium finish. She secured 4th position in the event which Simone Biles won. / Image: PTI
