The air quality in Noida and Greater Noida on Tuesday remains to be in the 'poor' category for the second day in a row

Meanwhile, AQI in Uttar Presh's Morab was at 240 at 1:15 on Tuesday afteron, even so, Varanasi's AQI fell down to 'very poor category' with 378 mark. In dition, Meerut's AQI was 241 while in Ghaziab's Loni, quality of air was 'poor' with AQI docking at 272. Hapur, on or hand, showed promising results as pollution level was relatively less in afteron as compared to or areas. As per Centre-run pollution monitoring organisation, AQI was 150 at 1:30 pm.

In dition, pollution control board and Uttar Presh government has issued measures and guidelines in a bid to reduce air pollution that has gripped several regions in state. Some of se measures include opting clean techlogy in manufacture of biogas, energy, compost, electricity, building materials (bricks, cement, tiles, plasterboards, etc.) and or products by recycling waste and fly ash generated from industries and or sources. 

Transport drivers have been asked to regularly keep checking carburetor and emissions from time to time.

"In place of chemical fertilizers, opt organic fertilizers, Burmese compost, green manure, organic culture, compost, fertilizer and legumius crops," a government visory re.

Measures taken to tackle pollution

In order to tackle pollution, more than five lakh liters of water was sprinkled at 13 pollution hotspots in Delhi over past two days to hold down dust, according to a Delhi Fire Services (DFS).  exercise was initiated on Saturday following orders from Delhi government on checking dust pollution in city.  13 hotspots where water was sprinkled were Rohini, Dwarka, Okhla Phase II, Punjabi Bagh, Anand Vihar, Vivek Vihar, Wazirpur, Jahangirpuri, RK Puram, Bawana, Narela, Mundka, and Mayapuri.
