Alexa, Launch The Rocket: Odisha Man's Smart Tech Is Breaking The Internet With 23 mn Insta Views

New Delhi: Amid Diwali festivities, a man from Odisha has gone viral on social media platforms for using Amazon ’s Alexa device to launch a Diwali rocket. In a video shared last week on his Instagram p, Mani’s Projects Lab (manisprojectslab), man demonstrated unique launch. 

In clip, a simple voice command—"Alexa, launch rocket"—prompts Alexa to respond, "Yes, boss. Launching rocket," as firecracker takes off. video, w with over 23 million views, is captioned: “Launching rocket with Alexa.”  

As his video went viral, Mani shared a tutorial demonstrating experiment on his YouTube channel. “With voice control enabled through Alexa, you can trigger a relay to simulate a rocket launch remotely,” Mani explained in his post.

Meanwhile, video has elicited a range of reactions t from viewers, but also from popular brands. Amazon Alexa India joined fun with a witty remark, saying, “Taking ‘hands-free’ Diwali literally.”

Swiggy Instamart, on or hand, responded with a cheeky comment: “AI has gone too far (literally),” reflecting a mix of surprise and miration for clever use of techlogy.  

Netizens also lauded Mani's experiment, saying, “Alexa rocked, human shocked!” while ar praised invative blend of trition and techlogy, saying, “This is how you blend trition with tech,” highlighting creative way to celebrate Diwali.
