Reactions on Twitter

The request to not burn firecrackers got a number of responses from users on Twitter who had mixed reactions. One user was disappointed with the request to ban firecrackers and asked how the people aren't allowed to celebrate their own festival.

Another user made a meme out of the situation, using actor Neil Nitin Mukesh's picture and the lyrics of a song to express his feelings after hearing the announcement.
