The Uttar Pradesh police on Wednesday urged Muslim clerics to motivate people to celebrate Bakrid at their homes and refrain from offering collective ‘namaaz’.

Social distancing rms have to be hered to while discharging ir duties, he ded. According to clerics, Bakrid this year falls on August 1.
