Nalgonda: At least six people were killed in two separate road accidents in Telangana's Nalgonda district.
The police said that three people were reported to be injured.
According to officials, four people bringing home the body of a relative for a funeral were reportedly killed when their vehicle collided with a truck due to dense fog.
As of now, the identities of the deceased have not yet been verified.
Meanwhile, Sub Inspector (SI) Gopal Rao of Nidamanoor Police Station said, "The family of a deceased biker from Hyderabad, who were on their way to see him, met with an accident when their Tata Ace was hit by a truck due to heavy fog at around 4 am."
He added, "Four died on the spot, while three injured are undergoing treatment at Miryalguda Hospital in Nalgonda. The post-mortem is being done. Further details awaited."
Officials said that the biker reached an intersection when he met with an accident and hit the pedestrian who died on the spot. The biker on the other hand died while undergoing a treatment. \
