Ayodhya dispute: All parties submit written arguments to Supreme Court
Three days after the Supreme Court reserved its order on Ayodhya land dispute, both Hindu and Muslim parties on Saturday, have submitted their written arguments

Three days after Supreme Court reserved its order on Ayodhya land dispute, both Hindu and Muslim parties on Saturday, have submitted ir final written arguments summarising ir oral arguments. document titled - 'moulding of relief' has been submitted to Constitutional bench of apex court. verdict in case is expected to be anunced before vember 17.
Hindu parties' arguments
Hindu parties in written arguments state that ' Hindus have continued to revere place of birth of Shri Rama, Ram Janmasthan, as a place with divine power, significance and offer obeisance'. y have also reiterated ir belief ' re was a temple of antiquity, which has been improved upon and continued to exist till 16th century, is supported by archaeological evidence'. Furrmore, Hindu parties have stated that ' basis of Suit-5 is to build a grand temple of Lord ram commensurate with His stature'.

Nirmohi Akhara's arguments
Meanwhile, Nirmohi Akhara has questioned existence of Ram Janmasthan. Nirmohi Akhara has stated that by claiming Janmasthan was vacant land and denying existence of structure beneath disputed land, Muslim parties are t entitled to equitable relief. y have stated that demand to reconstruct mosque at disputed site is inequitable and unjust.

Muslim parties' arguments
On or hand, Muslim parties have strongly opposed agreement reached between parties during mediation proceedings. y have also given details of alternate reliefs Supreme Court may provide in case suit is t decided in ir favour. y have also opposed Hindu parties' claim on disputed land on basis of existence of birthplace of Lord Ram.

Mediation panel submits report
In a major development on Thursday, Mediation Panel of Justice FMI Kalifulla, Senior vocate Sriram Panchu, and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar filed a settlement report before Supreme Court. As per reports, mediators would submit a new report before Supreme Court intimidating an "agreement" reached between a few parties in contentious Ayodhya case. Earlier on Wednesday, Sunni Waqf board surrendered its claim over disputed land in Ayodhya.

SC reserves judgement after oral arguments conclude
Earlier on Wednesday, 5-judge constitutional bench reserved Ayodhya verdict as arguments for seven-dece long dispute concluded. five-judge bench of case comprising of Cheif Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, Justice S A Bopde, Justice D Y Chandrachud, Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice S Abdul Nazeer took to ir chambers on Thursday, to discuss on wher details of mediation panel report could be me public. bench gave three-day time to parties to file ir written arguments.
