Ayodhya verdict'll cement public's belief in justice system: Fadnavis
Maharashtra acting CM Devendra Fadnavis on Saturday hailed the Supreme Court’s verdict on the Ayodhya dispute and said it will strengthen the country's harmony.

Acting Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fnavis on Saturday hailed Supreme Court’s verdict on Ayodhya dispute. He said decision upholds unity and strengns country’s multilingual and religious harmony.
'I welcome verdict of Supreme Court'
“I welcome verdict of Supreme Court. It will strengn country’s multilingual,inter-religious harmony. This verdict is going to solidify general public’s belief in justice system,” he said. Thanking people of Maharashtra for maintaining peace, law and order, he furr said decision is t a victory or defeat for anyone and also thanked people of Maharashtra for maintaining peace, law and order. “For future also, my request is that all religions and communities should reily accept this outcome. Everyone should contribute to maintaining peace and harmony.," he ded.

People across political spectrum have appealed for peace and harmony to be maintained following Supreme Court’s order. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also appealed to citizens to maintain peace on Twitter ahe of verdict on Friday. PM said verdict, "will t be a victory or defeat" for anyone. In a series of tweets, he also appealed to people that priority should be to strengn India's trition of maintaining peace and harmony.

Supreme Court's judgement on Ayodhya dispute
Supreme Court on Saturday delivered a unanimous judgment in title suit of disputed area awarding it to Hindu parties for construction of a temple. It also directed Centre to come up with a scheme within three months to set up a trust which will hand over outer courtyard and inner courtyard of site for construction of a temple. Court also stated that an alternate land of 5 acres is to be allotted to Muslims for liberty of constructing a mosque, eir by central government or State government.
