'The entire world knows that Ram was born in Ayodhya'
Ramdev further stated that "The entire world knows that Ram was born in Ayodhya and on the basis of his birth, a temple should be built there. But this country does not run on the beliefs of faith but runs on the constitution and runs on the basis of truth. 'In truth, there is victory' hence, where Ram was born, there will be a temple and that will be done by a neutral organisation." Baba Ramdev commenting on the SC's decision to allocate land to the Muslim parties stated that, "In keeping the respect of the Muslims, the land has been allocated for a mosque."

The Supreme Court's verdict in the landmark case
Pronouncing the landmark judgment in the Ayodhya dispute case, the Supreme Court on Saturday, delivered a unanimous judgment in the title suit of the disputed area awarding it to the Hindu parties for the construction of a temple. It also directed the Centre to come up with a scheme within three months to set up a trust which will hand over the outer courtyard and inner courtyard of the site for construction of a temple. Apart from this, the apex court stated that an alternate land of five acres is to be allotted to Muslims, either by the central govt or the State govt, in a suitable and prominent place in Ayodhya. Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, while delivering the unanimous judgment, dismissed the claims of the Sunni Central Waqf Board and the Nirmohi Akhara. The CJI also termed that the three-way division of the disputed land by the Allahabad High Court in its 2010 verdict is wrong.
