Though case of coronavirus has been found in state, officials were asked to intensify surveillance in Buddhist circuit where tourists visit from China and its neighbouring countries. health department's principal secretary Sanjay Kumar on Saturday held a meeting with state-level officials and asked m to make all preparations for prevention of infection in accordance with Centre's guidelines.
state health department is constantly reviewing visory and guidelines issued by Centre with regard to vel coronavirus (nCoV), a statement said. All districts and health institutes have been informed about Centre's guidelines in this regard, Kumar said.

In view of tourists from China and its neighbouring countries visiting places in Buddhist circuit in state, Kumar discussed with officers of airports on issue of rmal screening and asked m to remain on alert besides following guidelines issued by Centre.
