After book named 'Aaj ke Shivaji: Narendra Modi' (Today's Shivaji: Narendra Modi) comparing Prime Minister Narendra Modi to revered Maratha ruler Shivaji was launched during a religious-cultural garing organized by Delhi BJP, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leer and Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nawab Malik has slammed move and demanded withdrawal of book. Taking to Microblogging platform Twitter, Mahavikas Aghi leer said, "Comparing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with Modi is a great insult to Maharaj and people of Maharashtra, BJP should withdraw book".

'Intellect doesn't function in b times'
In ar tweet, taking a sarcastic dig at BJP, cabinet minister said that BJP's intellect is t functioning well.
"I have heard that intellect doesn't function when someone's b time comes, it seems that BJP's intellect is also t functioning", tweeted Malik.

Sanjay Raut: 'Speak up descendants'
Shiv Sena leer Sanjay Raut has also slammed BJP and urged descendants of Shivaji Maharaj who have also joined BJP, to speak up on comparison.

"Is it acceptable to Udayan Raje, heir of Satara, Shivinder Raje, Sambhaji Raje of Kolhapur? Speak up descendants of Shivaji..Say something..", tweeted Shiv Sena's Sanjay Raut.
