Brave Railway Police officers scupper suicide attempt at Mumbai Central station, video emerges

Chilling CCTV footage of a daring rescue by two Railway Police Force (RPF) officers on Saturday has been accessed from Mumbai Central station and tweeted by Western Railways.

Chilling CCTV foot of a daring rescue by two Railway Police Force (RPF) officers on Saturday has been accessed from Mumbai Central station and tweeted by Western Railways.

In foot, a senior citizen in a white shirt can be seen calmly making his way towards platform before stepping down on tracks to commit suicide. elderly man appeared to contemplate his action before resolving to jump on  tracks right when a train approached platform. man shocks everyone by sitting down on track right before train enters frame. However, even as people realise and frantically try to bring attention to man's attempt, a Railway Police Force officer emerges, wastes time in jumping on track and pulls man to safety.

officials who stood up to foil suicide attempt were later identified as SH Maj and Ashok. As for senior citizen, his family is glad that RPF saved him and extended ir gratitude.
