Audi Hit-and-Run: 4 Injured After Speeding Car Hits 2 Autorickshaws In Mumbai, Flees
The speeding Audi rammed into two autorickshaws leaving three people injured.

Mumbai: Four people were injured after the autorickshaws they were travelling in was hit by a speeding Audi in Mumba's Mulund area. This incident adds to a series of crashes involving luxury cars that have sparked massive outrage in Maharashtra over the past few months.
The incident occurred around 8 AM on Dumping Road as the speeding Audi rammed into two stationary autorickshaws.

The driver of the Audi fled the scene, leaving the car behind, which has since been impounded by the police. The injured comprise two autorickshaw drivers and two passengers, with one passenger's condition deemed critical.
A case has been registered against the unidentified driver under relevant sections of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, and the investigation is ongoing, a police official said.

This incident follows a recent accident in Worli, where a BMW fatally struck a woman riding as a pillion on a two-wheeler. The 24-year-old son of a Shiv Sena leader ran over an elderly woman with his BMW. During interrogation, the accused Mihir Shah admitted to the police that he was drunk during the early morning drive.
In another incident, a minor son of a Pune realtor ran over two 24-year-old techies with his Porsche during a late-night drive. He was also found to be drunk. The case revealed his family's desperate attempts to save him, including replacing his blood sample.
