A 26-year-old employee of the multinational consulting firm Ernst & Young (EY) in Pune has died due to what her mother describes as an "overwhelming workload." Anna Sebastian Perayil had started working at EY as a chartered accountant just four months before her tragic passing, according to a letter from her mother, Anita Augustine.
