New Delhi, India: India will host 2025 edition of Qu Summit, with newly-elected U.S. President Donald Trump expected to attend, senior officials confirmed according to media reports. anuncement comes after a last-minute relocation of this year’s summit from New Delhi to New York.
Originally planned to be held in India this September, Qu Summit—an influential grouping of United States, India, Australia, and Japan—was moved to New York to accommodate busy schedules of leers.

“When we were planning for this year’s Qu Summit, India was scheduled to host, but as we looked at all four of se leers’ schedules, it became increasingly clear that best way to make sure y met and h time y wanted for se discussions was to host summit here in U.S. this weekend,” Mira Rapp-Hooper, Senior Director for East Asia and Oceania at National Security Council h stated.
India, however, agreed to host 2025 summit. Both countries confirmed shift in scheduling, with Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) stating, “Following request of US side to host Qu Summit this year, India has agreed to host next Qu Summit in 2025.”

This year's summit saw Prime Minister Narendra Modi visiting United States for a three-day trip in September. During his visit, Modi met with U.S. President Joe Biden , Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, engaging in high-level discussions on strategic partnerships, security issues, and ecomic cooperation among Qu nations.
