Mandya doctor found dead in car on Mysuru-Kodagu NH-25

The Ayurvedic doctor was facing CID inquiry, police probing all angles

Bengaluru: An Ayurvedic doctor was found dead in a car near Anekad on Mysuru-Kodagu NH-25. The deceased has been identified as Dr Satish. He was 47.

Notably, Dr Satish’s name had appeared in the Mandya foeticide death case. The Karnataka government had ordered a CID inquiry into the case. Dr Satish has been found dead ahead of the commencement of the inquiry.

As per reports, Dr Satish was also facing departmental inquiry. 

It is being suspected that Dr Satish allegedly ended his life as he was facing a probe and out of fear of facing an inquiry.

Dr Satish was employed in the Ayush department on a contract basis. He had started a private clinic in Shivalli village of Mandya district.
