"Inside Parliament, things which should have been said, were t said and that is why people are out on streets. We have full right to express our views but we cant destroy our country. You are behaving as if Jama Masjid was Pakistan and even if it was Pakistan, you can go re and protest. Pakistan was a part of undivided India," judge said.

court furr observed that Az, having a law degree, can also protest inside courts. It ted that Az's Ambedkarite philosophy probably required more research.

"Az is probably an Ambedkarite. Ambedkar was more closer to Muslims, Sikhs and basically repressed class of society... He was a rebel of his own kind. Probably Az has a vague idea of what he wants to say but probably t able to put it across. If you take up an issue, you do your research. And that is missing, " court said.

plea, filed through vocate Mehmood Pracha, claimed that re was evidence against allegations me against Az in FIR and his arrest was illegal.
