CBSE Results: Here's how PM Modi congratulated Class 12 students on their examination results

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results for the Class 12 examination on Thursday. Hansika Shukla from Ghaziabad and Karishma Arora from Muzaffarnagar both scored 499 marks out of 500.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared results for Class 12 examination on Thursday. Hansika Shukla from Ghaziab and Karishma Arora from Muzaffarnagar both scored 499 marks out of 500. While Shukla is a student of Delhi Public School, Meerut Ro, Karishma Arora is a student of SD Public School Muzaffarnagar.

Congratulating all student, Prime Minister Narendra Modi applauded efforts of teachers and students.

While top-performing region is Thiruvananthapuram with a pass percent of 98.2%, in Chennai, pass percent is 92.93% and in Delhi region, pass percent is 91.875.

Three girls secure second position: Gaurangi Chawla of Nirmal Ashram school, Rishikesh Aishwarya of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Rai Bareilly and Bhavya of BR SK International Public School Jind Haryana have scored 498 out of 500 and bagged 2nd position. re are 18 students in third position who scored 497 out of 500. Out of 18 students, 11 are girls.
